Haptic Feedback and Adaptive Triggers
Haptic feedback and adaptive triggers are the two features that make the PS5 controller so powerful. With both adding a level of realism that you cannot get in any other controller. Haptic feedback adjusts the controller vibration based on what in-game actions are occurring. Imagine an earthquake has occurred. Haptic feedback would raise the controller vibration to create a realistic shock feeling. And adaptive triggers involve the trigger resistance. Depending on the piece of gear you are using, you will feel different levels of trigger resistance. For example, with a melee weapon, you would feel a lot of resistance because of the swing speed. Whereas with a gun, you would feel none.
