Item condition:
A used Google Pixel 6a smartphone (photos 2 onwards are from the listed unit) thoroughly checked and tested by our technicians. Has a 3-month RTB warranty with us (no accidental cover). Serial number suggests Google warranty until August 2025 (see photo 3). The screen has some visible scratches. The casing has some visible marks/scratches on the back, see photos. Will be IMEI logged & condition recorded pre-dispatch (DPD insured service). Price includes 20% UK VAT (VAT receipt available on request).

Warranty:
We include a 3-month return to base warranty from the date of arrival.
Our technician will provide support (simply contact us). If the initial remote diagnostics shows the need, we may request for you to get the item to us for servicing (within 30 days, repair/replace, or refund available). After the initial 30 days, a refund will only be arranged if repair or replacement is not possible. After the initial 30 days, the responsibility for the postage cost is with the buyer.
We will record the item’s serial number & condition. Where the item is not received, we may register the serial with loss and theft databases to help prevent any fraudulent use or reselling of the item. We’re not able to supply serial number before the item is delivered. This is to ensure the privacy of the end-customer.
During the service, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur. We are unable to offer data recovery. As a good practice, we advise our customers to regularly back up their data.
This does not apply to cosmetic wear due to use, nor existing issue(s) already noted in the original listing, nor does it cover any consumable part (e.g. the battery/charger, etc). During the service, if damage due to misuse is found, e.g. liquid damage /drops, cracked screen, etc, then the cover will be voided (set out fully in the “additional return policy details” below).
Where the device may have remaining OEM warranty, those are not included as a part of the listing. The device is only backed by our 3-Month warranty.
