Item condition:
A good condition refurbished laptop, thoroughly checked & tested by our technicians (photos are of the listed unit). Has a 3-month RTB warranty with us. Service tag suggests warranty until August 2023 (see photo 3; we are unable to transfer, local coverage may vary). The 4K screen looks good. The outside casing looks decent (some visible wears around the metal edges/casing/base/ports; cosmetic only). The inside looks good (some wears on the trackpad/palmrest, etc). The battery holds at least 70% of the original capacity (estimation only by HWMonitor). A powerful unit, expect some normal noise/heat under load. Comes in a repacked box, with the charger only. No internal DVD drive. Sold on the VAT margin scheme (VAT cannot be claimed back).

- Backing up your data is your responsibility. Your computer will be reset during the repair (your data will be lost). This does not apply to cosmetic wear due to use, nor existing issue(s) already noted in the original listing, nor does it cover any consumable part (the battery & chargers are covered for 30 days only). During the service, if damage due to misuse is found, (e.g. liquid / drops, etc) then the cover will be voided (see warranty info).
- Dell laptop service tag may show remaining manufacturer’s warranty – any of such warranty will not be included as a part of the listing & should be regarded as a bonus strictly (this is because whilst often the manufacturer may service it without an ownership transfer, to be clear a transfer is sometimes required for laptops to be serviced), as such we stand by our own RTB warranty duration only as a part of this listing. Our upgraded parts are covered by our in-house warranty only.
- We do not cover OLED burn in with our warranty.
