Item Condition:
A refurbished XPS laptop, thoroughly checked & tested by our technicians (photos are of the listed unit). It has a 3-month RTB warranty with us. Service tag shows Dell warranty until November 2023 (see photo 3; we’re unable to transfer ownership, sometimes serviced still). The screen is grade B (has a small surface scratch, 2x dead pixels around the edge). The inside casing looks good (may have some small wears/marks). The outside casing has visible marks (on the lid/edges etc, see photos) The battery holds at least 90% capacity (HWMonitor estimation only). A powerful laptop in a thin design, one should expect some noise under load. Price includes 20% UK VAT (VAT invoice available upon request).

Dell’s laptop service tag may show remaining manufacturer’s warranty – any of such warranty will not be included as a part of the listing & should be regarded as a bonus strictly (this is because whilst often the manufacturer may service it without an ownership transfer, to be clear a transfer is sometimes required for laptops to be serviced), as such we stand by our own RTB warranty duration only as a part of this listing. Our upgraded parts are covered by our in-house warranty only.
