Item condition:
A refurbished workstation laptop, thoroughly checked & tested by our technicians (photos are of the listed unit). It comes with a charger in a repacked box. Has 12-month RTB warranty with us. Service tag suggests warranty until 2025 (see photo 3; we are unable to transfer, sometimes still serviced). The screen is grade B (has multiple dead pixels, see photo 4). The inside looks good (some small signs of use visible on the keyboard). The outside casing has noticeable wears (visible wears around the edges/ports/base; visible bump on the lid, rear vent & ethernet port ). These are cosmetic only & do not affect the performance of the device. The battery holds at least 80% capacity. A powerful laptop, expect some normal/noticeable heat/noise during use/under load. Sold on the VAT Margin Scheme (VAT cannot be claimed back).

Dell’s laptop service tag may show remaining manufacturer’s warranty – any of such warranty will not be included as a part of the listing & should be regarded as a bonus strictly (this is because whilst often the manufacturer may service it without an ownership transfer, to be clear a transfer is sometimes required for laptops to be serviced), as such we stand by our own RTB warranty duration only as a part of this listing. Our upgraded parts are covered by our in-house warranty only.
