Item description:
A refurbished Dell laptop, thoroughly checked & tested by our technicians (photos 2 onwards are from the listed unit). It comes in a repacked box with a charger & 1x non-OEM USB-C adapter. Has a 3-month RTB warranty with us. Service tag shows Dell warranty until Sep 2024 (see photo 3; we’re unable to transfer ownership, sometimes serviced still). The screen is grade B- (has visible surface marks). The lid makes some noise when opening. The inside looks good (some visible wears on the trackpad etc). The outside casing looks okay (has some visible marks on the lid/base/edges; has some small dents on the edges, see photos). The battery holds at least 70% capacity (HWMonitor estimation only). This is a powerful laptop, expect some normal noise/heat under load. No internal DVD drive. Sold on the VAT margin scheme (VAT cannot be claimed back).

Our upgraded parts are covered by our in-house warranty only.
