Note: 1x USB port is non functional. A working refurbished laptop, thoroughly checked and tested by our technicians (photos 2 onwards are of the listed unit). It comes in a repacked box with a charger. Has a 3-month RTB warranty with us. The screen is grade B (has some visible surface marks). The outside casing looks okay (some slight marks/scratches around edges/near ports). The inside looks okay (some wears on the keyboard). Do see photos, these are cosmetic only, does not affect the performance. The battery holds at least 55% of the original capacity (HWMonitor estimation only). The lid/palmrest/trackpad has a vinyl cover applied. This unit has no DVD drive, no fingerprint reader. Price includes 20% UK VAT (VAT receipt available on request).

Dell’s laptop service tag may show remaining manufacturer’s warranty – any of such warranty will not be included as a part of the listing & should be regarded as a bonus strictly (this is because whilst often the manufacturer may service it without an ownership transfer, to be clear a transfer is sometimes required for laptops to be serviced), as such we stand by our own RTB warranty duration only as a part of this listing. Our upgraded parts are covered by our in-house warranty only.
