Nobody likes to fix the mistakes another person has made due to incompetence, laziness or simply by accident. But when you yourself are that person, you not only have to deal with said mistakes but also the shame of realising what you’ve done wrong in the past.
The Debugging T-Shirt shows that many programmers have to survive this ordeal on a regular basis when they are debugging, i.e. fixing mistakes in a program’s code. It’s basically similar to being the detective and the murderer in a crime movie at the same time. On the bright side, while you are your own worst enemy, you also know yourself better than anybody else. 😉
